What is the Path to Success Workshop?

It is a full 6-week course dedicated to teaching you everything you could not learn from your parents, your public school, your private school or your college. It is a step-by-step program designed to take bright, motivated and entrepreneurial minds, and give them the practical knowledge of how to create an idea, grow an idea and turn that into a lifestyle.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is focused on teens and young adults. The Workshop will cover every topic under the sun starting with the things that you should know but often don’t! Things like, how to balance a checkbook, create a budget, what rent costs, when should I move out of my parents home.

It will cover ideas and thoughts like should I buy or lease, what is whole life and term life insurance, how to calculate if you can qualify or get a mortgage, what is an annuity, what is passive income, and how do I create it.

It will help you determine, should I go to college, what is the real cost, what is the upside, and the downside, when do I file bankruptcy? What are write-offs, when are they not worth it. How do I buy real estate, what is a 1031 exchange, how do I legally avoid taxes.

Who is teaching this workshop?

In the early 1980’s, entrepreneur and businessman Eugene Chiarelli began lecturing on photography in his basement studio in his parents home. The program was wildly accepted, and eventually Eugene moved into a 1,200 square foot teaching facility in his 4,800 square foot home studio in 1988. From those humble beginnings, Path to Success Workshops started percolating with Eugene’s new passion, entrepreneurialism. Simply put, this program, is designed to teach young adults between the ages of 15 and 21, how to think like an entrepreneur! How to act like an entrepreneur…and how to create a lifestyle of financial comfort and lifestyle independent of a “boss” or a “job”

Where is the workshop taught?

Eugene has a spectacular modern home on 10 acres in rural Parker CO. He just finished building out a luxury 10 seat home-theatre teaching facility for the workshops. The class will be six consecutive weeks, from 6pm thru 10pm. Dinner will be from 6-7, and class 7-10 each evening. Business professional from various walks of life will be brought in for different discussions. There are NO TESTS, NO GRADES, and NO HIDDEN AGENDAS. The workshops guarantee to show you, first hand, how to set up your life, and your businesses for success. Further, they will show you not only how to earn a living, but keep your money, invest your money, and enjoy your money.

What does it cost?

The cost of the 6-week workshop, including dinner all 6 weeks, is 900.00. The class is limited to no more than 9 students per class, with a minimum of six students. Each week, we will assemble at six o’clock, enjoy a gourmet-like meal (prepared by your teacher) and share thoughts in an informal environment. During dinner, you will have an opportunity then to socialize with fellow entrepreneurs, your teacher, and guest lecturers.

What happens after?

Just by joining and completing one workshop, you are automatically enrolled into Young Entrepreneurs Unlimited. This group meets once per month and assembles people just like you to meet and discuss growing business, branching out, and rooting the concepts you learned over the 6-week course.
